In patch 3.5, XL released a new grade above Mythic called Primordial. You can read more about it in this article. But at the time of the patch’s release, the maximum grade of both costumes and underwear remained Mythic. But, during last week’s patch, in the third week of March, 2017, XL implemented the Primordial versions of costumes and underwear. With heightened stats, many Korean players immediately starting synthesizing their garments again.
In order to take a garment from Mythic to Primordial, all you have to do is just synthesize some more. Once at Primordial, it takes 15,000 experience to get to the 100% cap, at which your stats will be maxed.

Below are some images of top Korean players with the new grade of garments. Credits go to MaTT for these pictures. Make sure to check him out!

I think the “XX% Damage Reduction” on Costumes is actually not DMG-Type-pe-Specified, but just pure “Damage Reduction”. On underwear it is for the specified type only, but on costumes there is a stat “Damage Reduction”. Maybe thats only our version tho c:
Some of the stats on the costume we don’t currently have ( loot drop and underwater breathing to my knowledge). Do we know what level these options open up at and if they were recently added to kr?

No, we have those in our version as well.

Yes. They appear to be new on the Primordial versions of costumes.
What synthium stone does mythic -> primodrial use? Radiant?
Yep.
I heard they are going to remove “Gilda Dust” in 3.5, so what does it going to be needed to craft synthium stones then ?
