Patch 4.5 brings a variety of changes, including a revamp of all the skill trees, a change that affects the majority of the skills. In this article, you will find full translations of all the skills, including the ratios, timings, and anything else that might interest you. Although these skills have thus far only been implemented on the Korean servers, it is very likely that the North American and European regions will receive the same exact versions.

The skills in the sections below are the versions which were implemented with the original Patch 4.5 on Korea. That being said, a few of the skills were changed in small patches later on, and those changes have been documented in their own section.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get screenshots of the skills due to a variety of reasons, but I plan on eventually adding them.

But, without further ado, let’s get into the nitty gritty of these changes. Enjoy!

General Changes

Before we get into the actual skill translations, let’s first take a look at what XL changed in response to all these changes. First off, XL has changed the way in which basic attributes affect different stats such as Power Ratios or Accuracies. The ratios are in the tables below.

The minimal Success Rate for an Attack or for Healing Power was changed from 90% to 85%.

Changed the interval of Mana Recovery to 2 seconds.

Added a 1-second waiting period in between switching armor pieces (Does not apply to weapons).

Added Invincibility Suppression Rule.
  • Each time an invincible effect occurs, the player receives the debuff called Invincible Suppression Rule for 15 seconds.
  • Players under the effect of the Invincibility Suppression Rule cannot receive effects that make them Invincible.
  • Players under the debuff cannot use skills that only grant them an Invincibility effect during the duration.

Changed the threat (aggro) level factor from Healing from 0.6 to 0.3.

Changed the average detection rate of Stealth from 5m to 6.5m.

Changed the effect of Shield Block Rate. 

  • Existing: Completely negates all damage from a hit, and grants immunity to any debuffs with that hit.
  • Changed: 60% damage reduction of the hit, debuff received.

Changed the effect of Parry. 

  • Existing: Completely negates all damage from a hit, and grants immunity to any debuffs with that hit.
  • Changed: 40% damage reduction of the hit, debuff received.

Changed some item effects, so as to adjust to the Skill Revamp. You can find all the changes in the table below.

Shared Skill Changes

Rising Hatred

Increases the maximum amount of Abyssal Charges that you can stack by 2 Abyssal Charge stacks for 30 seconds.

Passive Changes

The following is a list of how many points one needs to invest in a tree to select a passive:

  • First Passive: 2 points in the tree
  • Second Passive: 4 points in the tree
  • Third Passive: 6 points in the tree
  • Fourth Passive: 8 points in the tree
  • Fifth Passive: 10 points in the tree

Some passives were moved to Abyssal Skill slots. These passives are automatically activated if one selects that tree’s Abyssal tree.

Snared targets are Shaken.
Tripped 
targets receive an additional 48% damage.
Players under the effect of Toughen have their aggro threat tripled while using Triple Strike.

Charge

Damage: 538 + 100% of your Melee Attack

Targets are Snared for 3.5 seconds.
This duration is decreased by 50% in PvP.

Slowed targets receive an additional 26% damage.

Battle Focus

Buff lasts for 20 seconds.
Increases Melee Parry Rate by 30%.
Increases Melee Critical Damage by 20%.

Whirlwind Slash

Damage: 483 + 200% of your Melee Attack

First Attack: Slowed targets are Tripped for 3.5 seconds. 
Second Attack: Tripped targets receive an additional 26% damage.
Third Attack: Stunned targets receive an additional 52% damage.
Bleeding targets receive an additional 33% damage.

Sunder Earth

Mana: 209
Radius: 9m
Melee Attack: 400%
Cast Time: 0.5 Seconds
Cooldown Time: 16 Seconds

Damage: 766 + 400% of your Melee Attack

Creates a radius of 9m for 7 seconds, which reduces received damage by 30% for the caster and their allies.

Tripped targets receive an additional 58% damage.
When the caster is under the effects of Toughen, enemies damaged by Sunder Earth are Taunted for 3 seconds. 
Bleeding 
targets receive an additional 34% damage.

Frenzy

Mana: 55
Cooldown Time: 1 minute and 30 seconds

Grants the Frenzy buff for 20 seconds.
Each time that you take damage, your Melee Attack is increased by 80.
Each time that you take damage, your Physical Defense is decreased by 10%.
Decreases the mana cost of all Battlerage skills by 70%.
Extends the duration of the Frenzy buff by 20 seconds each time you kill an enemy.
When the timer on the Frenzy buff is up, you are Exhausted for 4 seconds.

Precision Strike

Damage: 720 + 360% of your Melee Attack

Bleeding targets receive an additional 37% damage.

Tiger Strike

Damage: 668 + 130% of your Melee Attack

The first target of Tiger Strike receives the debuff Overwhelmed, which decreases the effectiveness of healing by 33% for 8 seconds on that target. This debuff stacks up to 3 times.

Shaken targets receive an additional 13% damage.
Slowed targets are Snared for 5 seconds. 
Impaled 
targets are Tripped for 3 seconds.
Overwhelmed targets receive the Stagger debuff for 1 seconds, briefly stopping movement and canceling all skills except for ongoing skills.

Bondbreaker

Removes all Snare effects. Can only be used while Snared.

Battle Roar

Enemies within the radius are Weakened for 7 seconds.

Feared targets are Tripped. 

Ollo’s Hammer

Behind Enemy Lines

Targets are Shaken for 3 seconds, which does the following:

  • Movement Speed reduced by 27%
  • Skill Damage reduced by 8%
  • Attack Speed reduced by 75

Snared targets are Distressed for 7 seconds. 
Slept targets are Tripped for 3 seconds.

Passives

Weapon Mastery

Increases your Melee Critical Damage by 9%.

Deflect and Retaliate

When dual-wielding, Parry deflects Ranged Attacks as well.
Permanently increases Parry rate +2%; each successful parry resets the cooldown on all Battlerage attack skills.
This ability has a 12 second cooldown once triggered.

Attack Speed Training

Grants the Delirium buff.

The buff gives the following for 9 seconds:

  • Melee Critical Damage increased by 5%
  • Attack Speed increased by 30

Delirium stacks up to 5 times.

Weapon Maneuvers

Increases Strength by 12%.

Puncture

Melee Critical attack decrease target’s Physical Defense by 3000 for 5 seconds.

Abyssal Skills and Passives

Soulbound Blades

Abyssal Charges: 2

14 Second Cooldown

Throws Soulbound Blades at a target, dealing damage to that target (if cast on an enemy) and all nearby enemies. Inflicts 1762-1796 damage to all enemies within a 6m radius over 10 seconds.

Reduces Physical Defense by 50 each second.

Swordfall

22 Second Cooldown

Damage: 1774 + 561% of your Melee Attack
Use this skill again to stop channeling early. The longer you channel, the more damage will be dealt.

Targets hit are Impaled.

If cast while at 6 Abyssal Charges, additional swords are summoned, inflicting more damage the closer an enemy is to the center of the effect.

Raging Berserker

Grants a certain percentage of an Abyssal Charge each time you use a Battlerage skill.

Reckless Charge

Using Charge, Tiger Strike, or Behind Enemy Lines decreases received Physical Damage -15%, and decreases the duration of Shackle, Slow, Snare, and Impale -40% for 4 seconds.

Dual-Wield Proficiency

Increases Melee Skill Damage +10%.


Witchcraft

Skills

Earthen Grip

18 Second Cooldown

Damage: 1225 + 100% of your Magic Attack dealt over 20.6 seconds

Snares target for 16.8 seconds.
The duration of the Snare is 50% shorter during PvP.
Being damaged by a direct attack will free the target early, but debuffs that deal damage over time will not end this effect.

Snared targets receive 1004-1339 (Note: This amount depends on your Magic Attack, but the specific ratio is currently unknown) damage.
Deals 141% damage to Enervated targets and returns 30% of it as health.

Enervate

Mana: 55
Range: 0-20m
Magic Attack: +90%
24 Second Cooldown

Damage: 432 + 90% of your Magic Attack

Burns 1185-1351 mana over 5 seconds.
Decreases healing effectiveness -60% and increases duration of Stun and Trip +30%.

Feared targets receive an additional 40% damage.

Bubble Trap

Mana: 108
Range: 0-20m
Cast Time: 1.5 seconds
Cooldown: 39 seconds

Traps an enemy in a bubble for 18.8 seconds and slowly lifts it into the air.
The target in the bubble can’t attack, but take -50% less Magic Damage.
Being damaged by a direct attack will free the target early, but debuffs that deal damage over time will not end this effect.
Bubble duration reduced -50% in PvP.

Targets under the effect of Electric Shock receive 1819-2057 (Note: This amount depends on your Magic Attack, but the specific ratio is currently unknown) magic damage.
Burning targets are lifted higher.

Insidious Whisper

Mana: 71
Range: 0-20m
Cast Time: 2.0 Seconds
45 Second Cooldown

Fears an enemy for 6.1 seconds.
Being damaged by a direct attack has a chance to free the target early, but debuffs that deal damage over time will not end this effect.

Increases duration of Fear by 1.5 seconds on Burning targets.

Mirror Warp

Mana: 29
42 Second Cooldown

Teleports caster 15m to the right or left.
Can’t pass through walls or other solid objects.

If the caster is under the effects of Resurgence, then if they pass through allies while teleporting, they will apply Resurgence to one random ally that they pass through.

Purge 

Mana: 102
Range: 0-20m
30 Second Cooldown

Removes one debuff from the caster.
Increases Magic Defense by 1600 for 3 minutes.

If cast on an Enemy, then it removes one positive buff from that target.

Shackled targets are Silenced for 4 seconds.

Lassitude

Mana: 55
Range: 0-10m
45 Second Cooldown

Magically fatigues the target, causing them to Sleep for 12 seconds after a 4 sec delay. Enemies will wake upon taking damage.
Sleep duration is reduced by 50% in PvP.

Increases duration of Sleep by 10 seconds on targets under Freezing effects.

Stillness

Range: 0-20m
Radius: 10m

36 Second Cooldown

Cast at a targeted area.

Interrupts all enemies within the radius.
Removes all song effects from affected enemies.
Inflicts Silence for 3 seconds.

Dahuta’s Breath

Magic Attack: +150%
21 Second Cooldown

Damage: 1843 + 150% of your Magic Attack

Pushes all enemies back.

If the caster is under the effects of Renewal, then all their allies within the encompassed area receive the Renewal buff as well.

Focal Concussion

Mana: 178
Range: 0-15m
Magic Attack: +110%
27 Second Cooldown

Damage: 1302 + 110% of your Magic Attack

Slows target for 3 seconds.
Removes 1 positive buff from target if they have any.

Banshee Wail

Mana: 159
Radius: 5m

Fears all enemies within the radius for 4.6 seconds.
Being damaged by a direct attack has a chance to free the target early, but debuffs that deal damage over time will not end this effect.

Increases duration of Fear by 1.5 seconds on Burning targets.

Fiend’s Knell

Radius: 5m
Cast Time: 3.0 Seconds
45 Second Cooldown

Summons a pet Fiend for 5 minutes that attacks enemies.
The pet Fiend uses his skills automatically.
The health of the pet was increased to 22,000 this patch (From 14,000).
The pet Fiend cannot be healed, and it cannot restore any health.

Enervated targets that are attacked by the Fiend are Slept for 12 seconds.
Targets under the effect of Lassitude are Slept for 12 seconds.

Passives

Augment Witchcraft

Bubble Trap, Earthen Grip, Insidious Whisper, Lassitude, and Banshee’s Wail have their duration increased by 20%.

Magic Detection

Banshee’s Wail, Insidious Whisper, Bubble Trap, and Lassitude always hit.

Baleful Recharge

Enemies you Fear using Banshee’s Wail or Insidious Whisper grants a stack of Exploitation, which lasts for 40 seconds.

Exploitation:
– Decreases the cooldown of Focal Concussion and Enervate -10% per stack.
– Stacks up to 5 times.
– Casting either spell above consumes one stack.
– While under the effects of Exploitation, both spells will deal 90% of their damage as mana burn instead of normal damage, restoring an equal amount of mana to you.

Folding Time

Decreases Cast Time for all skills by 4%.
Increases Attack Speed by 20.

Illusion’s Favor

Decreases Cast Time for Earthen Grip, Insidious Whisper, Stillness, Bubble Trap, and Fiend’s Knell by 0.5 seconds.

Abyssal Skills and Passives

Devour Hope

Abyssal Charges: 2
Mana: 19
Range: 0-20m
45 Second Cooldown

Inflicts a crippling despair on your chosen victim for 5 seconds, which increases the cooldowns by 50% on any skills cast during the duration of the debuff.
Can only be used in PvP.

Stonesight

Abyssal Charges: 4-6

Range: 15m
Cast Time: 1.0 Seconds
30 Second Cooldown

Petrifies all enemies facing the caster within a 15m cone.
Enemies remain Petrified for 10 seconds.
Damage done to the caster while they are channeling is reduced by 80%.
Channeling is cancelled upon movement.
Any additional Abyssal Charges are consumed upon cast, increasing the range of the skill.

Spiteful Curses


Grants a certain percentage of an Abyssal Charge each time you use a Witchcraft skill.

Mitigation


Applies the Enervate debuff to targets when you attack them with a Critical Hit.

Enshroud

Decreases Witchcraft skill cooldowns by 30%.

 


Defense

Skills

Shield Slam

Damage: 863 + 90% of your Melee Attack

Snared targets are Staggered for 0.3 seconds.

Shield Slam can now be used on yourself, which when done increases your Shield Block Rate by 20% for 3 seconds.

Toughen

1 Minute Cooldown

Gives the Toughen buff, which increases Continous Health Regen by a certain amount.

While active, you gain 50% of received damage as stacks of Mettle.

Bull Rush

Mana: 100
Range: 0-4m
Melee Attack: +140%
30 Second Cooldown

Damage: 736 + 140% of your Melee Attack

Snares target for 5.7 seconds.
Doubles Aggro generation for 5 seconds afterwards.

Stunned targets are Tripped for 3.8 seconds.

Boastful Roar 

Mana: 28
Range: 0-10m
24 Second Cooldown

Inflicts the Distressed debuff on target for 7 seconds, and deals damage equal to 60% of your current stacked Mettle.
Distressed reduces the enemy’s Move Speed by -45%, Skill Damage by -20%, Attack Speed by -250, and healing effectiveness by -60%.
Target is Taunted.

If you are under the effects of Toughen, inflicts 60% more damage on your target.

Lasso

Mana: 29
Range: 0-20m
Cast Time: 0.2 Seconds
Cooldown: 30 Seconds

Pulls an enemy towards you over a 1 second duration, and Taunts them for 4 seconds.

Redoubt

Mana: 71
1 Minute Cooldown

Raises a shield around you for 15 seconds, which does the following:

  • Increases Block Rate +15%
  • Decreases Movement Speed by 10%
  • Prevents being Pushed or Tripped

Mettle increases when receiving attacks.

Mocking Howl 

Mana: 55
Radius: 7m
24 Second Cooldown

Inflicts Shaken on all enemies within a 7m radius for 4 seconds.
This ability also Taunts enemies within the radius.
Builds additional Aggro equal to 100% of your stacked Mettle, consuming all stacks of Mettle when cast.

Increases threat generation by two times if used while under the effects of Toughen.
Provokes Taunted targets.
Inflicts Distressed on targets if used while under the effects of Toughen.

Refreshment 

Mana: 106
30 Second Cooldown

Increases your Maximum Health by 20% for 8 seconds.

Retribution

Mana: 97
Melee Attack: +100%
30 Second Cooldown

Damage: 1094 + 100% of your Melee Attack

Grants a buff for 10 seconds that reflects [1094 + 100% of your Melee Attack] of damage dealt to you to the caster.
The damage is reflected as Melee Damage.

Revitalizing Cheer 

Mana: 77
45 Second Cooldown

Healing: 1330 + 50% of stacked Mettle
Consumes all Mettle.

Heals for 25% more while under the effects of Toughen.
Removes Stun if present on caster.

Imprison 

Mana: 159
Radius: 7m
2 Minute Cooldown

Imprisons all players within a 7m-radius, circular boundary that lasts for 12 seconds. Players can break out if they use enough force.

Invincibility

1 Minute and 40 Second Cooldown

Grants immunity to all damage for 6 seconds.
Cancelled upon movement.

Passives

Supplemental Block

Increases Block Rate by +15% for 5 seconds after a Successful Block.

Spry Fortress

Decreases Stun and Trip duration by 20%.

Bear’s Vigor

Allows you to acquire Mettle.

Guardian

Increases Aggro Generation by +150%.

Shield Edge

After a successful Block, reduces Received Melee Damage by 30% for 3 seconds.
If this passive is triggered too many times, it goes on a 20 second cooldown.

Abyssal Skills and Passives

Shield Throw

Abyssal Charges: 2

Inflicts Disarm on targets, removing all benefits of their weapon for 6 seconds, and decreasing their Critical chances by -100%.

Cruel Binding

Cast Time: 0.2 Seconds
48 Second Cooldown

Tethers an enemy’s soul to a location for 16 seconds, pulling them back to that spot every time they attempt to move further than 10m away.
Any additional Abyssal Charges are consumed upon cast, increasing the duration.

Indomitable Rage


Grants a certain percentage of an Abyssal Charge each time you use a Defense skill.

Ursine Roar


Decreases the cooldown of Defense skills by 20%.

Shield of Steel


Increases Physical Defense by 6%.
Whenever you receive Melee Damage, you receive a buff that increases your Physical Defense by 300. This buff stacks up to 5 times.

Alms

Whenever a player casts Antithesis, Mend, or Fervent Healing, they gain a stack of the Prayer buff, which gives reduces Cast Time by 6%, lasts for 12 seconds, and can stack up to 5 times.

Once Prayer stacks 5 times, the stacks are used up and replaced by the Sacrifice effect.

Sacrifice lasts for 12 seconds, and grants the following:

  • Consumes 12-16% of current health when triggered.
  • Reduces Cast Time by 30%.
  • Adds an effect to Mend, which, when cast, consumes the Sacrifice buff and grants the Renewal buff to all affected allies.

Prayer stacks cannot be obtained while the Sacrifice buff is active.

Spirit Growth

Defiance

Post-Cast Mana Regen is increased by a certain ratio in relation to the amount of Spirit that a player has.

When a player reaches 15 stacks of Rythm, those stacks are consumed, and a new buff is given, which lasts for 20 seconds, and gives a 15% Increased Critical chance, the cooldown of Hummingbird Ditty is reduced to 6 seconds.

Zeal

Every successful Critical Damage/Heal triggers Zeal, which lasts for 6 seconds and increases all Critical Damage/Healing by 60%.
Zeal goes on cooldown for 12 seconds when it is triggered.

Loudspeaker

Increases the range of QuickstepBloody ChanteyBulwark Ballad, and Ode to Recovery from 15m to 25m.

Abyssal Skills and Passives

Abyssal Echoes

Polymorphic Resonance

For up to 25 seconds, grants temporary immortality to allies within a 25m radius. When subjected to fatal damage, affected allies instead transform into animals and recover a small amount of Health, becoming temporarily immune to all debuffs.
This spell has an initial duration of 3 seconds, and consumes any additional Abyssal Charges over time to extend the duration 3 seconds per charge. If cast while at 6 Abyssal Charges, it has an initial duration of 5 seconds and each extra charge extends the duration 5 seconds instead.
Effect ends when no charges remain.

Damage: 1641 + 480% of your Magic Attack over 6.5 seconds
Heals the caster for 13% of damage dealt.

Target is Stunned upon cast.

Absorb Lifeforce is canceled upon movement by the caster, or by taking any other actions.

If the target’s distance from the caster goes to 15m or higher at any point, Absorb Lifeforce will be cancelled.

If the caster is under the effects of Resurgence, then Absorb Lifeforce lasts for 3 seconds longer.

Shadow Step

Boneyard

Damage: 518 + 250% of your Magic Attack dealt over 5 seconds

Reduces enemies’ Physical Accuracy for 5 seconds.

Targets in Stealth within a 20m radius are detected and Summon Crows is applied to them as well.
Decreases both Physical and Magic Accuracy when used on Snared targets.

Hell Spear

Mana: 472
Radius: 6m
Magic Attack: +150%
27 Second Cooldown

Damage; 1726 + 150% of your Magic Attack

Impales targets for 2.6 seconds.

Urgency

Mana: 71
3.0 Second Cast Time

Grants the Urgency buff for 1 minute.
While under the buff, each time you receive damage, Occultism spells that are on cooldown have their cooldown reduced by 1 second.

If the caster is Poisoned, then Urgency is cast instantly.

Gap of the Abyss

Cast Time: 2.0 Seconds
1 Minute Cooldown

Creates a vortex at target location which sucks in enemy players to its center for its duration, that being 10 seconds.

Summon Wraith

Damage: 835 + 70% of your Magic Attack per second for 9 seconds

Decreases Movement Speed, Attack Speed, and Casting Speed of all enemies within the radius.

Death’s Vengeance

Damage: 1440 + 120% of your Magic Attack

When the caster of Death’s Vengeance dies, surrounding enemies in a 4m radius are stunned and take 1440 + 120% of your Magic Attack over 9 seconds.

Passives

Overpowered Spell Locus

Stun and Skewer duration reduced by 20%.

Macabre Reach

Skewer abilities from Occultism always hit.

Caster’s Enrichment

Upon using Hell Spear, Summon Crows, and Bone Cage, the caster recieves the Stigma buff, which decreases the cooldown of Occultism skills by 1%. This effect stacks up to 15 times, and upon reaching 15 stacks, the stacks are consumed, and the caster receives the buff Stigma of Death, which decreases Occultism skill cooldowns by 15%, decreases Received Healing and damage to and from all enemies within a radius of 8m by 15%, and lasts for 6 seconds.
While Stigma of Death is active, the caster does not receive stacks of Stigma.

Enhanced Mana Recovery

Cast Time decreased by 2%.
Attack Speed increased by 40.

Reprisal

Increases Critical Rates by 2% for 4 seconds after receiving Critical Damage.
This effect stacks up to 10 times.

28.8 Second Cooldown

Damage: 475 + 120% of your Magic Attack

Infects an enemy with cursed seeds for 7 seconds.
Causes deadly thorns to sprout in their footsteps after a 4 second delay, inflicting Magic Damage to surrounding enemies as they burst from the ground.
Slows any enemies that pass through the area, and deals continuous magic damage. Seeds sprout early if enemies step on them.

Shadow Circle

Abyssal Charges: 4-6

Cast Time: 1.0 Seconds
20 Second Cooldown

Summons a Shadow Circle for 20 seconds, allowing the caster to teleport in front of any target within the circle.
Any additional Abyssal Charges are consumed on casting, increasing the number of times the caster can teleport.
If cast while at 6 Abyssal Charges, the caster may teleport an unlimited number of times for the duration of the spell.

Gleeful Destruction


Grants a certain percentage of an Abyssal Charge each time you use an Occultism skill.

Intensified Harm


Upon receiving Critical Damage, your own Critical Damage is increased.

Nether’s Will

Places a debuff that lasts for 10 seconds on all enemies within a radius of 10m at a target location that decreases Health Regen by 100%.

Reduces Magic damage received by allies within the radius by 50%.

Deals Magic damage to all enemies in a 15m radius around yourself or an enemy, pulling them to the target’s location, but leaving the initial target unharmed.

Abyssal Wave

Magic Attack: +180%
Instant Cast
38 Second Cooldown

Damage: 779 + 180% of your Magic Attack

Shoots a wave of force up to 20m in front of you, which deals Magic Damage and knocks back all enemies it comes in contact with.

Any additional Abyssal Charges are consumed upon cast, increasing the number of waves. Being struck by multiple waves in a row dramatically decreases enemies’ Movement Speed.

Merciless Manipulator


Grants a certain percentage of an Abyssal Charge each time you use an Auramancy skill.

Inspiration Cloak


Reduces all Auramancy cooldowns by 10%.

Absorb Damage

Reduces all received Magic Damage by 13%.

Damage: 1274 + 240% of your Magic Attack over 6 seconds
Grants a buff for 9 seconds which enhances your next Melee or Ranged attack with Poison, which deals [1274 + 240% of your Magic Attack over 6 seconds] damage.
Targets that are Poisoned have their Healing Effectiveness reduced by 30%.
Poison debuff lasts for 6 seconds.
The buff is used up along with your next attack.

 

Drop Back

Drop backwards for a distance of 10m and gain the Drop Back buff for 2.5 seconds.

Gain the Drop Back buff for 2.5 seconds, which makes Fireball, Antithesis, and Sunder Earth instacast for the duration of the buff.

Pin Down

21 Second Cooldown

Damage: 1328 + 150% of your Melee Attack
Deals 2597 damage in Bleed damage over 14 seconds.

Targets gain the Bleeding debuff, which deals 1135-1237 over 14 seconds.

Poisoned targets are Silenced.
If you have stacks of Bloodthirst, target is Staggered when Pin Down hits.
If the target already has the Bleeding debuff applied to him, then the timer on the Bleeding debuff is reset.

Overwhelm

Mana: 157
Range: 0-10m
Melee Attack: +100%
18 Second Cooldown

Damage: 1176 + 100% of your Melee Attack

If you have stacks of Bloodthirst, target is Staggered for 0.3 seconds when Overwhelm hits.
Overwhelm always hits Stalker’s Marked targets.

Stalker’s Mark

Mana: 63
Range: 0-25m
27 Second Cooldown

Marks enemies with the Stalker’s Mark debuff for 15 seconds, which increases Ranged and Magic Damage dealt to them by 16.0%.

Stealth

Mana: 85

Stealths caster for 45 seconds, decreasing Movement Speed by 5%.
Stealth is broken by using any action.

If you stay in Stealth for over 25 seconds, you gain a stack of Bloodthrist every second, which increases all skill damage and healing by 3%.
Bloodthirst is accumulated up to 10 times, but you lose 2 stacks of it every time you attack.

Wallop Strike

Mana: 291
Range: 0-4m
Melee Attack: +320%
12 Second Cooldown

Damage: 2131 + 320% of your Melee Attack
Wallop Strike has up to 4 maximum consecutive attacks.

If you have stacks of Bloodthirst, target is Staggered for 0.3 seconds when Wallop Strike hits.
If the target is Poisoned, then that target receives a debuff which increases the amount of damage they receive by 1.4% for 10 seconds. This debuff can stack up to 4 times.

Freerunner

Mana: 79
1 Minute and 30 Second Cooldown

Grants the Freerunner buff for 30 seconds, which increases Attack Speed by 64 and Movement Speed by 40.0%.

Shadowsmite

Mana: 106
Range: 0-4m
Melee Attack: +0%
24 Second Cooldown

Damage: 779 + 0% of your Melee Attack
Backstabbing adds Physical Damage to Shadowsmite equal to 400% of your Melee Attack.

Stunned targets are Tripped for 2.5 seconds.
Inflicts an additional 98% damage when the caster is Stealthed.
The caster receives 1 stack of Blood Frenzy for 0.5 seconds if the caster uses Shadowsmite out of Stealth.
Poisoned targets are Shackled for 5.7 seconds.

Leech

Mana: 79
Range: 0-12m
Cooldown: 45 Seconds

Steals one buff from the target, and gives it to you.
Leech has a small chance to steal up to 3 buffs from the target.

If the caster is under the effects of Spell Shield, then Leech steals at least one additional buff from the target (So Leech is guaranteed to steal two buffs).

Throw Dagger

Mana: 402
Range: 0-10m
Melee Attack: +120%
35 Second Cooldown

Damage: 1469 + 120% of your Melee Attack

Flings a dagger that deals damage to a single target ,and then ricochets to 5 additional enemies, dealing damage to all those who are hit by Throw Dagger, and receiving 1 stack of Bloodthirst per enemy hit, with 6 maximum stacks received.

Each enemy hit receives the following debuff for 3 seconds:

  • Attack Speed reduced by 400
  • Cast Time reduced by 40%

Increases range by 10m if used under the effect of Drop Back.
If the target is Poisoned, then Throw Dagger reduces that target’s Movement Speed by 40% for 3 seconds.

Passives

Shadow Mastery

Increases Attack Speed by 40.

Loophole

Increases your Evasion by 5%.

Bloodthirst Intesified

Increases accumulated Bloodthirst by 2 times.

Piercing

Increases your Attack Speed by 120 for 8 seconds following a successful Critical hit.
This ability goes on cooldown for 12 seconds once triggered.

Evasive Counterstrike

Following a successful Evasion, the skills Drop Back and Overwhelm have their cooldowns immediately reset.
This ability goes on cooldown for 12 seconds once triggered.

Venom Blades

Damage: 302 + 150% of your Melee Attack
Throws knives at all enemies within a 10m radius that does 302 + 150% of your Melee Attack damage immediately, and then 2794 – 2957 damage over 30 seconds.

This skill can now be used out of Stealth.

Murderous Intent

While Poisoned, the duration of Bloodthirst is increased by 70%.

    shadowplay passive “Piercing” -> “Increases Evasion by 120 for 8 seconds”? hows that to be understand?

    also, with nearly every ranged skill comboing with bleed, how do we get the target bleeding now? in your first 4.5 skill article there was a combo poison + stalkers mark = bleed, but in this article, there is no such effect in stalkers description. only way to get bleed i saw was some melee skill….

      If you look at it, this one is basically a combination of the current Toxic Shot and Stalkers Mark (minus the cumulative stacking damage of SM). In current version TS is an instant RANGED damage attack + poison debuff (based on magic damage, wtf?), with -20% damage within 20 meters, which is a bit odd in a melee tree.

      This new version takes 2 separate RANGED attacks and combines them into 1 damage/effect add-on to your next ranged OR melee attack (slightly more appropriate for a melee tree). So a mage could use this in combination with , say, basic arrow shot just to apply the debuff (if they don’t have any archery skills) (at up to 25 meters) or any of the Shadowplay melee skills.

      Is it a not-so-great (damage-wise) attack for a mage that may want to use it? Yes. But… it is now a much better attack for the melee attacker that will is more likely to be taking advantage of the attack skills in SP.

        To use the combo with Godswhip (poisoned enemies ingore 40% mdefense) you need to apply this (only way to poison?!?) but to hit with melee or ranged attack you need accuracy and probably as mage you ll have not 100% so i think very difficult to apply. So no more old combos (chai+arc and ice+fire dmg) and this new is pretty unusable

        The combo was incorrect. The correct combo is on there now. God’s Whip combos with Burn, not Poison.

    Hi Mark, awesome job, I cannot imagine how much work this was for you. You probably cannot imagine how much many of us appreciate it.

    As an archer, I was wondering of you have any way of clarifying this one?
    -Sharpshooting…*snip*your damage on your Ranged abilities increases by 30%.

    XL has a history of using funky damage calculation, especially with special attacks that add damage. Have you seen or heard anything indicating how this 30% is factored in? Is it 30% base ranged damage, 30% skill damage, 30% total applied damage? Just curious, don’t know if you can help or not.

    Increases the maximum amount of Hatred that you can stack by 2 Hatred stacks for 30 seconds.

    -You man should change it to say 2 Abyssal Charge stacks just to avoid confusion.

    The damage of your Ranged abilities varies directly as a result of the distance from your target.
    If you are at a distance of 25m or more from your target, your damage on your Ranged abilities increases by 30%.

    Does anyone know how this scales? Has there been any chatter about this on other sites? I can juts imagine this being a thing that reduces your ranged damage by 80% at 5m or something, know XL.
